***O'Neill Intro Surf Lesson - £30

This Course is a great introduction to Surfing!
09.30 - 12.30 or 13.30 - 16.30
The O'Neill Instructors will take you through an introduction to surfing.  The lesson lasts for half a day but you will be surprised what you can achieve!
Includes beach & water coaching and use of board & wetsuit during the course.

***O'Neill One Day Surf Course- £40

Gain an insight into the principles and techniques of the sport of surfing with the O'Neill Instructors.
A complete comprehensive day of surf coaching with the O'Neill Coaches.  This lesson lasts from 09.30 - 16.30
Includes use of board & wetsuit for the duration of the course.

***O'Neill 2 Day Surf Course - £75

Intensive Crash Course in Surfing Skills and Techniques
2 full days of beach & water surfing coaching with our O'Neill Surf Academy Instructors - coaching is given at your level helping you progress quickly! As you progress you will receive coaching to get you to the next step.  You will be amazed at how much you can improve in a couple of days!
Includes use of board & wetsuit throughout the 2 days of lessons.

A structured surfing course to help you achieve good surfing ability and water knowledge

Additional Information Regarding Surfing Courses/Lessons

Most of our lessons are held at Watergate Bay. However, if surfing conditions are usuitable the surf school will move to a different beach location between Newquay and Harlyn Bay,Padstow. (Limited complimentary transport is available in this circumstance)

We can help arrange transport for you from Newquay to Watergate Bay each day if necessary.  Please ask for more information and departure times when making your booking.
