Covered from head to toe in thermal neoprene suits and specialist Coasteering equipment, you will experience the thrill and rush of jumping from the cliffs, swimming through caves, discovering hidden lagoons and scrambling along the coastline. You will get washed around in whirlpools and feel the power of the atlantic as you circumnavigate around some of Cornwall's most rugged and spectacular coastline. Beginner to intermediate level guided expeditions available to all groups and individuals.

The Surfing.....

Enjoy the remainder of your day with the Professional Coaches at the O'Neill Surf Academy conquering the waves. You will received a 2.5 hour adrenaline packed lesson, learning all the techniques to get you up and riding your surfboard all the way to the beach. Catch your first green wave, experience your first wipeout and have a laugh with your friends.
